A few helpful notes before you order.

  • BLÜM offers seasonal, florist’s choice flowers on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly rhythm.

    Each arrangement is created using the freshest flowers available, with locally grown blooms included whenever possible.

    Images throughout the website reflect overall style and scale. Flowers and vessels may vary based on season and availability.

    BLÜM also accepts a limited number of gatherings and custom floral requests each month.

  • BLÜM offers local delivery throughout the Charlottesville area and surrounding Albemarle County communities.

    For gatherings and larger floral requests, and delivery to the greater DMV (Washington, DC–Maryland–Virginia) region may be available by arrangement. Travel fees apply outside the Charlottesville area.

    We recommend inquiring at least two weeks in advance for custom floral requests and at least one month in advance for larger gatherings and event florals.

    If you have a specific request, you’re always welcome to inquire and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • BLÜM creates seasonal, florist’s choice arrangements using the freshest blooms available. Specific blooms cannot be guaranteed, though color preferences and overall floral direction are always welcomed.

    While BLÜM is centered around ongoing floral deliveries and intimate gatherings, a limited number of custom one-time arrangements are also accepted for holidays, gifting, and meaningful occasions.

    A limited number of gatherings and custom floral requests are accepted each month.

    Earlier inquiries are encouraged to allow time for seasonal sourcing.

  • Place in fresh water, refresh daily, and keep away from direct sun and heat.

    Flowers are not meant to last forever; they invite us to be present and appreciate beauty as it is.

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the made-to-order design of each arrangement, all sales are final.

    BLÜM is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect delivery information or arrangements left unattended after delivery.

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us on the day of delivery so we can review and assist promptly.
